Revelation Uncovered and Delivered is a five-step translation that is, altogether, the most precise
presentation of the Bible book called Revelation that has yet been done in English; the summation of
this translation is a Bibleshow called
Revelation Uncovered and Delivered. Here is the Program for
that performance :

Introduction

Bibleshows are a trained messenger's word perfect theatrical presentations of complete books from
the Bible.  Illumination of intrinsic meaning comes from the messenger's accurate, articulated
performance of the ancient Scripture as he interacts with set, props, and audience.

The Script-ure for this Revelation Bibleshow comes directly from a literal word-by-word translation
of the Greek New Testament words.  This means that the ancient scripture, as found in the accepted
UBS Greek text, was translated word by word into precise, elemental English. Such a direct version,
however, does not make much sense to most English readers, and so the word-by-word translation
needs to be rearranged into something more readable, while not changing other things.

Thus, in the Script-ure for this Revelation Bibleshow, the Greek order is rearranged into a passable
English order, with few words added or removed for the sake of English grammar. Also, (and this is
important for
Revelation) individual Greek words are not changed into a family of different English
words due to contextual considerations and 'dynamic' rendering or interpretation of the original.
Many translations of Revelation transmogrify, rather than translate, the original message.

The translation process can be studied in the source book for this Bibleshow, because there the
Greek text is matched word-by-word to the English translation, along with references, cross-
references, and so forth :
Word Study Greek-English New Testament by Dr. Paul McReynolds is
published by Tyndale, and available from any book source. Compare those texts with this, and it
becomes clear why this rendition into English is, overall, as close to the original Greek as is possible
at this time.

That being true, even a rearranged word by word literal text can be awkward to read, at first. Thus it
is best if this translated Script-ure is initially heard, as spoken by a trained messenger,
like with the
original Revelation sent out by John
. [Here are audio files of this translation] A monk called Mule
(why Randy got that cowboy name is at Bibleshows.org) does these lexical/ literal/ oral/ visual
translations and the Bibleshows as his non-denominational function in the Body of Christ, while he
works as a carpenter and property manager.

After carefully rearranging the word by word Greek >English literal translation (with input from Dr.
McReynolds) Randy memorized the finished Revelation Script-ure while hiking in local mountains,
and then recorded it in a studio (audio files linked above). As a hobby, he also performs complete
books of  Scripture before select groups of people. During the Revelation presentation, Randy as
‘the messenger' speaks an occasional sentence or phrase in the original Greek, followed by the same
in English, so that modern people can follow and appreciate the precise connection this work has to
the ancient original.

More about these things, along with performance photos, soundtracks and Programs from various
other Bibleshows, are on the web at

Here are a few thumbnails of Randy performing the Revelation Bibleshow around a real campfire.
For indoor Bibleshows, he has a set that includes a nifty electric campfire.
